COVID-19 Impacts & Our Customer Care Commitment The COVID-19 pandemic has temporarily strained and increased the volume of e-commerce shopping. It has compelled us to make changes to our processes to increase the protection of the health of our employees and you the customer. Like you, we are adjusting to the rapidly changing circumstances. This has not changed our commitment to excellent customer care and delivering you the best quality product.

Our popcorn is crafted daily in small batches and shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the time of your order. Each individual order is carefully inspected for quality, insuring that you consistently receive high quality gourmet popcorn.

We continue to deliver most of our orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 3 business days. Some orders, however, may experience carrier delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your continued support.
